1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Cutelia, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Cutelia is a cloud accounting and workforce platform for businesses and accountants worldwide, with first-class support for the Dutch Caribbean (Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten). Features may evolve over time.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for your account, your team members' actions inside your workspace, and keeping login credentials safe. You must be authorized to bind your business to these Terms.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing on /pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Taxes (OB, VAT, sales tax) are added where applicable.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Cutelia to break the law, infringe IP, send spam, reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
6. Your data
Your business data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service. AI features may send anonymized prompts to model providers. See /privacy for the summary and our contact form for data access requests.
7. Intellectual property
Cutelia, its software, brand, and content are owned by Cutelia and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
8. Disclaimers
Cutelia provides software, not legal, tax, or accounting advice. AI-generated outputs are guidance only — verify critical decisions with a licensed professional. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cutelia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
10. Termination
You can cancel any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. You can export your data before closing your account.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cutelia Technologies N.V. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Specific country addenda may apply to local users.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via your workspace contact. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
