Privacy Policy

Cutelia ("we", "our", "the app") helps small business owners and accountants manage invoicing, expenses, payroll, tax, and team communication. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. For any privacy question or request, reach us through our contact form — that is our single support channel.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, password hash, role, language, country.
• Business data — invoices, quotations, receipts, mileage, payroll records, customers, products. You own this data.
• Files — receipts, signatures, attachments you upload.
• Chat messages — content of messages you send via in-app chat or to Cutelia.
• Device data — when you install the Android app: FCM push token, OS version, device model. Used solely to deliver notifications.
• Usage logs — sign-in events, error reports.

2. Why we use it

• Provide the service you signed up for.
• Generate Cutelia's replies (we send the message + minimal business context to our processing provider; no training on your data).
• Send push notifications you've opted in to.
• Detect fraud, debug crashes, prevent abuse.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share with processors strictly needed to run the service: hosting, automated processing providers, push delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging), and email delivery. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

4. Storage & retention

Data is stored in EU regions. You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, portability, and erasure. Submit any such request through our contact form.

6. Permissions on Android

• Camera — capture receipts and signatures.
• Location — log mileage trips (only when you tap "Capture location").
• Notifications — alert you to new chat messages and reminders.
• Storage — attach files to invoices and receipts.

All permissions are opt-in and revocable in Android Settings.

7. Children

Cutelia is not directed at users under 16.

8. Changes

We will notify you in-app at least 30 days before any material change.
